Food prepared by our chef who prepares almost everything from scratch:
- Pulled pork made in house via smokers
- Home made beef brisket
- Home made potato salad (we're talking making even the mayo from scratch)
- Homemade chili (also for chili dogs of course)
- Custom made meat explosions (1 lbs sausages wrapped in hand cured bacon, as healthy as it sounds)
- Bourbon Rice Pudding
At the bar (four lovely bartenders taking care of any of your needs)
- A variety of unlimited beer during the tailgate
- Variety of Sodas & Mixers
- We'll bring anything you want in addition at cost
